Lufthansa follow-up: getting service by e-mail

My Lufthansa saga looks like it will not turn out too bad afterall. On March 25, I sent them an e-mail explaining the situation via the web form. I didn’t really expect any response, but I got it now on March 28, in just three working days. And it was even almost on-topic, unlike some horror stories I hear about other companies. So I e-mailed back and forth and looks like I just need to send them some document copies and it will get sorted out. Going to deal more with this next week.
